Love when families vacationing in Sandbridge, Virginia Beach, contact me for an extended family session! The Ellsworth Family came all the way from Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio to have their family vacation at Sandbridge Beach for the second year in a row, after 18 years of vacationing in the Outer Banks. Such an honor to capture these fun and wonderful memories!!

Tiffany & Danyelle | Oh Boy! It’s Another Boy!! | Gender Reveal

Tiffany & Danyelle are such a sweet, happy couple. They were just filled with joy throughout the whole session. They are so eager to meet their new baby in a few months! They were so excited to find out the gender of their baby, but Tiffany stated that they had “no expectations!”  They are grateful, joyful, and and so happy to welcome another child into their family.

Poor big brother Isaiah did get a little overwhelmed after the explosion of blue everywhere. Once his mommies explained that he was indeed having a baby brother, the little guy sobbed and sobbed. No doubt with time, he will absolutely love to have a little brother to play with and teach new things!

What made this session even more special was that they invited their closest friends and family to watch the reveal! Everyone close to them found out the same moment that Tiffany, Danyelle, and Isaiah found out! So special!!!

I had so much fun doing this session for this sweet family! What a blast, and what an honor to share in such a special moment that they will cherish forever and someday be able to look back on and share with their new little boy.

Winn Family | A Winn-Win Survivor Story | Family Session

What a FUN family the Winns are!!! They laughed throughout the whole photo session at the VA Tech Hampton Roads AREC Display Gardens in Virginia Beach! I did not expect these parents to be so happy, silly, and FLIRTY after over 14 years together. They are also a true testament to “in sickness and in health”!

Jennifer & Josh started out back in 1998 and were married right after Valentine’s Day on February 19th, 2000. The couple was stationed in Hawaii (my birth state!!) for 3 years when Josh served in the Army, and the Aloha State is where they started their family with the birth of their son Skye, 13.

When Jen found out they were pregnant once again, they were overjoyed, but soon found out some scary news that Jen’s kidneys were failing. Their daughter Lauryn was then born a frightening 3 months early, weighing only 1 pound 15 ounces! At the time, they weren’t sure that she would even make it, but thankfully their teeny-tiny little fighter pulled through and is now thriving at age 9!!

Lauryn must have gotten her determined strength from her mommy Jen, who has bravely survived both a kidney transplant and two pancreas transplant surgeries!! Throughout their struggles, the Winn family remains a very happy, cheerful, and playful family who really knows how to enjoy themselves. Check out the couple shots of Jen & Josh… just as flirty and in-love as ever!!!
